The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without a flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any request for refund will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair returning to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.

Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not in compliance with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with traffic regulations on public road networks.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code.
