Altering the welds on the dbkiller and catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the bracket is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install them in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer has the homologation code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

It is designed to be mounted in a high position. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate support or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any request for warranty claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
