Collector and catalyst: the kit includes a specific half-collector in which the catalyst is mounted, it installs without cutting or making modifications, the GPR half-collector mounts on the original first point where the original clamps are located.

Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the tamper-proof screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
If you purchase online, it is recommended to buy the product from a seller in YOUR COUNTRY to ensure that the item arrives with the appropriate approvals, which must also comply with local legislation. Make sure before buying that the seller is trustworthy and offers items for your road network.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a luggage rack, flashlight, license plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
