Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only permissible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road regulations.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorbike as on a track only, without bags, no flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that might conflict with the different gas angle following the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any warranty claim will be rejected. As of the date of purchase, with the right to repair returned to GPR or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
