Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided along with installation instructions, and each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, seeking immediate information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but that limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without any luggage, flashlight, or license plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. This starts from the purchase, with a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
