Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the bracket is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not in line with public road regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens, not for tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on track only, without bags, flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, with repair rights reverting to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
