Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle resulting from the conversion to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. This is from the date of purchase, with the right to repair, with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
