Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-theft screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives, this is only permissible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as mounting instructions, each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bag, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the modification to race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty and any claims for warranty will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights through return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
