Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in the event of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlights, and without license plate mounts or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
