Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle following the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer as a replacement for the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
