Altering welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and without a license plate mount or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair at the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
