Altering the welds on db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for racing use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road regulations

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications of the bike are required for the installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, license plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of exhaust gases due to the transformation to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, repair rights apply with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to re-install the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
