ALBUS series silencers are made with an aluminium body and Avional end caps obtained by CNC machining, painted with a ceramic treatment for high temperatures, elliptical shape 90x120.
Connection and mounting accessories: this kit includes the specific connector and/or the half-collector and the corresponding kit of mounts and accessories that allow installation without structural modifications.

Are db killers removable? Altering db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is homologated for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country for compliance with road traffic regulations and for the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions, and each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle resulting from the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard timeframe for repairs.
