Are the db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop. No claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local residents and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on a track only, without a bag, without flashlight and license plate holder, or any other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, the right to repair applies, returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
