GPR exhaust compatible with Honda Cbr 500 R 2023-2024, New Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium, legal exhaust, approved, silencer with removable db killer and specific connecting pipe.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It's recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch the tutorials visible on YouTube.
For online purchases, it's necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlights, and holding brackets or any other parts that would conflict with the altered throttle angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. Starting from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer from GPR has been created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first line Grand Prix was presented in 2005, during the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape going from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It is equipped with a ceramic-treated black titanium sleeve resistant to high temperatures, and CNC machined caps with a pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise, the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyzer is necessary in their country to comply with traffic regulations and to undergo the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as the installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. If any issues are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to seek immediate information and/or advice from customer service.
