GPR exhaust compatible with Honda Cbr 500 R 2019-2022, New Grand Prix Evo Titanium, legal exhaust, approved, silencer with removable db killer and specific link pipe.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop by email; for physical purchases, the shop's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without saddlebags, flashlight, number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, on the occasion of the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape going from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It is equipped with a natural colour titanium sleeve, a CNC machined black end with a pentagonal outlet and a silencer.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tampering screws, or removing the fixings is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not in compliance with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
