Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. If you encounter any problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

It is designed to be mounted in a high position. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without saddlebags, flashlights and license plate holders or other parts that would conflict with the gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claims will be denied. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to GPR’s factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
