Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the fittings is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific type approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity and to immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
This is meant to be mounted in a high position. No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlights and license plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair, with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
