Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounts is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only allowed for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific type approval certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without any lights or number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair returning to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to re-mount the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
