The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if on track only, without a bag, flashlight, or license plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, it is eligible for repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championships. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, during the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It is equipped with a black titanium sleeve treated with ceramic resistant to high temperatures, and CNC machined ends with a pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, immediately requesting information and/or advice from customer service.
