Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public highway traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Assembly recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If problems arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, immediately requesting information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in races; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to re-install the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
