Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst, or removing the anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific type approval certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
This is to be mounted in a high-level position. No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. This starts from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
