Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper bolts or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as the mounting instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
It is designed to be mounted in a high position. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on youtube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without panniers, without a flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the switch to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
