GPR exhaust compatible with Kawasaki Z 1000 Sx 2017-2020, New Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium, Pair of homologated exhausts, supplied with removable db killer and specific fittings.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not only illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on a track only, without luggage, flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different throttle angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, coinciding with the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It is equipped with a black ceramic-treated titanium sleeve that is resistant to high temperatures, and CNC machined end caps with a pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Are removable db killers allowed? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixation is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must verify in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to undergo the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of any issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
