Are dbkillers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, it is only permissible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions, each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder or any parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. This is from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
