Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or the anti-tamper bolts, or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with the regulations for public road traffic.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
