No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, a stamp from the shop is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle following the conversion to a race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. Starting from the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The Grand Prix first line was introduced in 2005, on the occasion of the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It is equipped with a black titanium sleeve treated for high temperatures and CNC machined caps with pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on the tracks. The use of the open version on the road does not comply with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
