Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations, it is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.
You can use the kit for official annual inspections.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the mounting instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the bike is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or check the tutorials visible on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to re-install the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
