Are db killers removable? Altering db killer welds or tamper-proof bolts or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on public roadways is non-compliant with traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit only applies to local citizens and not to tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the available tutorials visible on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and without number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. This is from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard timeframe for repair.
