Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tampering screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with regulations for public road traffic.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
It is mounted in a lateral position. No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use. Removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, number plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of gas due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty and any request for refund will be rejected. From the purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
