Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with regulations for public road traffic.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and plate holder or other parts that might conflict with the changed gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will void the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
