Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tampering screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on the circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials visible online and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility to use the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without torch, and license plate support or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
