Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only permissible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer has the homologation code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that could conflict with different gas angles as a result of the racing version transformation. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty and any warranty claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair through return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
