Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws, or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activities, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility to use the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a case, without a flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that might conflict with the altered gas angle resulting from the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. This is effective from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
