Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

Recommendations for fitting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the assembly instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on youtube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
