Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products at a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, flashlight, and license plate holder, or any other parts that might interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty, and any warranty claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
