Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tampering with the anti-tamper screws or removing fittings is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
