Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or removing the tamper-proof screws or brackets is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.

The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code.
