Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixtures is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines, this is only allowed for use in RACING on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
If you buy online, it is recommended to purchase the product from a seller in YOUR COUNTRY to ensure that the item arrives with the appropriate approvals which must also comply with local legislation. Make sure before purchasing that the seller is trustworthy and offers items for your road network.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and registration plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
