Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is possible only for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, or license plate holder, or any other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any claims will be denied. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one needing repair; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
