Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is possible only for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, a flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claim for malfunction will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
