Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer or the catalytic converter or anti-tamper bolts or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bag, flashlight, number plate holder, or other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
