Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install them at a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided along with the installation instructions; each silencer has the approval code. In the event of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but that limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without side cases, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with different gas angles due to the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the purchase, with rights to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
