No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without lamps and license plate holders, or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the purchase date, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo silencer from GPR, made in Poppy, was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, at the debut with the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, and the LCR team with rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape, ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and length, according to the chosen bike. It features a stainless steel body with a carbon-look finish, CNC machined stainless steel end caps, and a pentagonal outlet with a db killer.

Are removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tampering screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations on public highways.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
