Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have them installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is advised to read the instructions in the package or tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
