Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this can only be done for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle only on the track, without bags, without flashlight, and without number plate support or other parts that could interfere with the modified gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty. Starting from the purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
