No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, flashlights, and license plate supports or other parts that would conflict with the changed angle of gas due to conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo silencer from GPR, made in Poppy, was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, on the occasion of the debut with the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, and the LCR team with rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape, going from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and length, depending on the chosen motorcycle. It features a stainless steel body with a carbon finish, CNC machined stainless steel caps, and a pentagonal output with a db killer.

Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for mounting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
