The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the transformation into a racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will void the product warranty. This applies from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in exchange for the one being repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
