GPR exhaust compatible with Kawasaki Z 500 2023-2025, New Grand Prix Evo Titanium, legal exhaust, approved, silencer with removable db killer and specific connecting pipe.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It's recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use. Removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, or license plate holder, or any other parts that might conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, coinciding with the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape going from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It features a natural colour titanium sleeve, a CNC machined black end cap with a pentagonal exit, and a silencer.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixation is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on the tracks; using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
