Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it's still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, number plate holder or any parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the change to the race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to repair; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
